Freelance and collaboration opportunities

Most of our work is project-based, which means flexible, paid collaboration rather than fixed positions. We regularly need people with skills like these:

XLSForm developers who can build and debug complex skip logic, calculations, and repeat groups
Enumerator trainers with real field supervision experience
Translators working between English, Amharic, and other Ethiopian languages, especially for survey instruments
Statisticians and data analysts who can advise on sampling and analysis-ready data structures
M&E specialists who know their way around logframes and indicator frameworks

You do not need to tick every box. If you have strong skills in one of these areas and a reliable, detail-oriented working style, introduce yourself.
